Our Promise to Our Customers
We Promise to show up when we promise. We understand you have more important things to do than sit around waiting on a technician all day. When you book an appointment with us, we give you a three hour time window. You can also expect a courtesy call to let you know we are on the way. Our mobile unit offers us more flexibility to be on time every time, allowing you more time to enjoy the RV lifestyle. We Promise to never charge you for more than we quoted. We will never charge any more for installation or repairs than originally quoted. Upon arrival, our technician will review projected charges with you and make sure you know exactly what the repairs will cost. Occasionally, unforeseen problems do arise and additional work is required to perform a task. We want to get you involved with the repairs and we will immediately inform you of any additional work that may be required. Not just tell you, but show you exactly what the problem is, what will have to be done and how much it will cost. You will never receive a final bill without first approving all charges. We Promise to never offer you a big discount and then overcharge you for service labor.
We Promise to never leave a dirty mess. We realize that your RV is your home and we promise to treat it with the respect it deserves. Our mobile unit is equipped with floor coverings, cleaners, and vacuums. It is our goal to leave your RV and campsite cleaner when we leave than when we came. We Promise to offer you only Certified RV Technicians.
We Promise to come back if you still have a problem with the repairs
We Promise to not charge you a lot of money while your problem never gets resolved.
